The Ordering Process

All of us agree to one thing here at Distinctive Designs 21, Inc.:  Our desire is to make the time you spend with us the most enjoyable part of your apparel development.  We will walk you through each step and make sure you understand what we are doing, so you feel 100% at ease and confident in your decisions.  We were First Timers once, too.

Here are the general steps in our Order Processing:

  1.  Initial contact from client.
  2.  Review of your art work
  3. Pricing of product (includes formal proposal)
  4. Details finalized of product to the produced
  5. Customer Acceptance
    1. Customer signs proposal
    2. New customer information recorded
  6. Deposit toward order received.
  7. Process order and sampling when it applies.
  8. Sample approval before production.
  9. Ship per customer specifications.
  10. Special Services, if required
